These are Beijing 2008 Olympic Games merchandise;

Five different colours and to represent the Olympic Rings;
blue, black, red, yellow and green.
Blue fish, Black Panda, Red Olympic Flame, Yellow Antelope and Green Swallow.
They signify Prosperity, Happiness, Passion, Health and Good Luck.



Both the top and bottom Fuwa are actually roly poly,
the head can be removed to reveal a pen.



They're 福娃 (Fuwa).
Starting from blue fish clockwise, their names are: 贝贝, 晶晶, 欢欢, 迎迎, 妮妮.
It will sound like: "北京欢迎您" (Beijing welcomes you).

A touching video showing even animals have conscience.

The leopard killed the baboon's mother. Maybe it was an accident cos that leopard might only prey on strong foes; not typical weak mother and child. To make up for the sin, the leopard takes care of the baby baboon and drives it's foes away, like the hyena.

Sad...
